Ukulele Lady is an old evergreen song by Gus Kahn and Richard A. Whiting. Published in 1925, the song was first made famous by Vaughn De Leath

It has been recorded by Peter Sellers, Arlo Guthrie on his album Hobo's Lullaby, and was performed by Kermit the Frog and Miss Piggy in the second season of The Muppet Show

Bette Midler first performed the song live in the 1997 TV special "Diva Las Vegas" as a tribute to her native Hawaii. Midler later recorded the song for her album Bathhouse Betty - wikipedia
